Mr. Ravindra Raju, holds a postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Chennai and a PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
With 40 years of experience in process engineering, project execution, general management, and operational excellence methodologies like WCM, TPM, TQM, HR, supply chain and smart factory .
Mr. Ravindra Raju had worked in top companies across the chemical, petrochemical, and fertilizer sectors. He was the CEO of Granules CZRO Pvt Ltd, CEO of Hindustan Zinc Fertilizers Ltd, Whole-time Director at Paradeep Phosphates, President at Deepak Fertilizers, and CII Chairman of Odisha in his 40 years professional journey.
Mr. Chandrakant Bhardwaj, holds a B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Calcutta University, has over 20 years of experience in managing P&L responsibilities. Starting with audit assignments for leading companies, he gained expertise in the metals and power sectors.
He founded businesses of Aluminium recycling in 2005 and ventured into the power sector in 2015, providing raw material solutions to MSMEs and SMEs. By 2022, he expanded globally with Anannya Transmissions Pvt. Ltd., signing MOUs with NALCO, Vedanta, and Hindalco.
In 2023, Anannya Metals & Alloys Private Ltd was incorporated for setting up a manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam for Aluminum wire rods with 2 Lacs MTPA capacity. He champions entrepreneurial vision as the key to industry transformation.
Mr. Ramachandra Raju Pusapati, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of business experience, holds an MBA in Marketing. He played a key role in setting up Asian Solvex Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad in 1992 and is successfully leading Ganesh Forwarders, a customs clearance firm, for over 15 years. At Anannya Power, he currently oversees the construction of the manufacturing plant in Visakhapatnam and manages all liasioning and administrative operations.
He also brings his logistics expertise to support supply chain development. Beyond business, Mr. Raju has been a hotelier since 2017 and a passionate horticulturist for over a decade. His grounded approach and deep operational insight continue to drive the company forward.
